How do I book a stay?
All bookings are made securely online. Check availability and book direct at nokoretreats.com.
What is your deposit and payment policy?
For bookings made more than 56 days before your arrival date, a deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 56 days before arrival. For bookings made 56 days or fewer before arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stay requirements vary by property and season. Please check availability online or contact us and we'll be happy to help find the right option for you.
Can I book for a special occasion?
Absolutely. We love to make special occasions really special. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, proposal or celebration, please contact us directly and we'll do everything we can to make it memorable.
Are all retreats currently available to book?
Yes, all of our current retreats are available to book now. We have further retreats under development which will be available to book from summer 2027.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your dates or other details. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, subject to availability. Any agreed change may result in an adjustment to the booking price.
Is parking included?
Yes, free private parking is available throughout Noko Retreats.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, high-speed WiFi is included in all stays.
Is EV charging available?
EV charging is available at Retreat Ten only, at a cost of £15 per night. It is not available at any other retreat.
Can I have visitors during my stay?
Visitors are welcome to join you in the cafe, restaurant or communal areas during opening hours. They are not permitted to stay overnight and must leave the site by 11pm.
What are the opening hours at Edge//Noko?
The cafe is open every day from 9am to 4pm, no booking required, just drop in. The restaurant and bar are open Thursday to Saturday, 5.30pm to 11pm. Booking is required for evening dining.
How do I book a table at the restaurant?
Tables can be booked online at edgenoko.touchreservation.net/reservation or by calling the Edge//Noko restaurant line on 07796 001214. For stays and all other enquiries, call Noko Retreats on 07947 383798.
Is dinner included with my stay?
Dinner is not automatically included. Our Dine & Stay offer combines one night's accommodation with £75 restaurant credit at Edge//Noko, and can be extended to cover multiple nights of evening dining on request. Please see our Dine & Stay page for details.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, Edge//Noko can accommodate dietary requirements with prior notice. The cafe can offer gluten-free and dairy-free options in certain areas on request. Please let us know your requirements when booking.
Can non-residents dine at Edge//Noko?
Yes, Edge//Noko is open to everyone, not just guests staying at Noko Retreats. We'd love to welcome you.
Is private dining available?
Yes. Edge//Noko is available for private and exclusive use for events, client dinners, executive lunches and smaller groups. All arrangements are handled directly by the Noko Retreats team. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Where is Noko Retreats?
Noko Retreats is set in Ringsfield, Suffolk, near Beccles. Our postcode is NR34 8NT. Full directions are available on our Location page.
Is a car needed?
A car is recommended for exploring the wider area. Beccles is a short taxi ride away for local dining and shopping. Local taxi numbers are available from our team.
Are the retreats warm enough for a winter stay?
Absolutely. All retreats have underfloor heating throughout. Retreats One, Two and Ten also have electric fires, perfect for a cosy winter escape.
Are there more retreats coming?
Yes, we have further retreats under development which will be available to book from summer 2027. Sign up to The Noko Edit to be the first to know when they open.

Getting here by car
From the A146 between Beccles and Norwich, take the turning signed Ringsfield and follow the lane for roughly a mile. Pass the church on your right, then take the second left onto the private track. The entrance is 200 metres along on the left, marked by the timber sign.
